The Inn at Lost River is a smoke free establishment. Guests are welcome to smoke in designated outside areas.

In the interest of all our guests, we seek to provide a tranquil and comfortable environment that escapes the stresses of everyday life. Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome. Special requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

A two night minimum stay is required on all three day holiday weekends.

Cancellations will be accepted by phone only. Cancellations with less than 72 hour prior notice will result in a one night lodging charge. Reservations that are cancelled on the same day and no shows will be charged for the entire length of stay.

While pets are an integral part of our lives, in consideration of all our guests, we would be happy to make arrangements for boarding at our local veterinarian.
